We will always match an online competitor’s non-clearance price within 30 days from the date of your purchase, subject to the following restrictions:
- The item must be the same style, color and available for purchase on the competitor’s site. If an item is not in stock at another online store, we do not match the price.
- Discount codes may not be stacked or mixed and matched with price matches; i. e. we will only match a coupon and price together if the coupon and price are both offered by the same competitor at the same time. Any promotional codes must be visible and accessible to all customers. If you are personally provided with a code from another competitor; i.e. first time buyer or signing up for their email list, we cannot honor it as not all customers have access to that particular discount.
- We do not price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, that do not list a business address, or that list nearly all items as discounted. We do not price match on wholesale quantities, considered to be orders of three or more of the same product.
- We will match clearance prices only at the discretion of a Customer Service Specialist. A clearance price is considered 40% or more off the original price.
Any orders placed during November 1st through December 25th are be eligible for a full refund if your return package is received back at our facility no later than January 10th.
All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).
Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.
All orders are charged in USD.
If applicable, your financial institution will handle the currency conversion based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction posts to your account.
Any refunds will also be issued in USD with your financial institution handling the conversion on the refund based upon the exchange rate at the time of refund.
